My Favorite Pumpkin Recipes

Can we all please just take a minute and bond over how glorious it is now that it’s fall? October is absolutely my favorite month. I’ve totally embraced my “basic” status and have no shame in my love for all things pumpkin, scarves, leggings and boots, colder weather, leaves changing color (the list goes on forever). PLUS it’s my birthday month!

I’m kicking off October by sharing my favorite pumpkin recipes with you. I love cooking with seasonal produce, and it helps that I LOVE pumpkin. From drinks to desserts, there’s a little bit of everything in here! I could eat something with pumpkin probably every day and wouldn’t get tired of it. That actually sounds like a fun challenge…

Here’s the terribly sad news: my husband is NOT a fan. He actually thinks he’s allergic to pumpkin seeds or anything with pumpkin oil in it. I know, my jaw dropped too. Lucky for him, this wasn’t exactly a deal breaker, but sadly it seems like he passed on his pumpkin distaste to my toddler. Well, more for me!

I’ve never realized there were so many things to do with pumpkin besides pumpkin spice flavored everything, and roasted pumpkin seeds! Lol Cool post.

Oh I love October too for all the same reasons, apart from my birthday is next month. I’m not a huge pumpkin fan but some of these sound good so will definitely give some of them a go.
